Google Business Profile Report Card
I SPEAK GOOGLESE
Search Engine Optimization, or SEO, is all about communicating with Google about who you are, who you serve, where you’re located… that jazz. But what if Google had a magical place that you could enter all that info about your business right into Google? Well abracadabra, it does exist, it’s called a Google Business Profile, and you need one. If you’ve just gotten started, or even if you’re a GBP pro, I’ll look yours over and report back on where you need to put some elbow grease.

You’ll fill me in on your business, for starters, and then I’ll do a deep dive into your Google Business Profile. When I emerge, I’ll prep a report card that tells you what’s going well and which are “areas for improvement,” as the teachers say.
I’ll give you actionable tips for each area so you know exactly what to do, and you’ll be the teacher’s pet in no time.

How does the process work?
Here’s how it all plays out:
- Purchase the Report Card service of your choice and pay the fee in full at that time.
- I’ll reach out within 24 hours with the next available date, and how soon I can complete your report card. If I can’t get it done in the time frame you need, I’ll refund your money.
- After we agree on timing, you’ll complete a pre-report-card questionnaire for me. This is your opportuity to share background on your business and your goals. For a Honeybook Report Card, you’ll add me to your HB instance as a user.
- Once I have your questionnaire, I’ll start your report card according to the schedule we agreed on.
- Within 2 weeks, I’ll deliver your final report card to you as a Google document that’s yours to keep.
- I’ll be available on Voxer (a free two-way messaging app; it’s like texting, but with voice memos, and you’ll love it, I promise!) for two weeks after your report card arrives, so you can ask me any questions about your report.
Voila! Off you go to dominate your marketing!
Who will make the improvements you suggest in the report card?
The improvements I spell out in the report card are DIY: I’ll provide the guidance of WHAT you need to do, and I’ll include HOW to do it. The nitty-gritty changes to your website, CRM, or Google Business Profile will be yours to handle, and I’m available for questions if you need clarification along the way!
How are the report cards delivered?
You’ll receive a Google document link by email when your report card is ready.
How long will it take to get my report card?
I’ll slot your report card audit into my schedule based on my availability. During fall busy season, I have less time to do report cards, so plan ahead!
After I have all of the materials and access needed to do your report card, you can expect it within 2 weeks.
What's your refund policy?
All report card sales are final, with one exception, explained below.
